2013, Spring in South Africa: Sunset Beach

When I sent out my newsletter with photos of these works, a few days after the land art was created, one of the people who received my newsletter told me that she walked on the beach with her sister after we left, and they were wondering who had taken the time to create something so transient. It is wonderful to know that the work we do is noticed and that we are able to inspire other people through our work, even though the real art only lives on in our memories.
