Several Yatoo-i artists joined for the South African leg of the Global Nomadic Art Project from 8 September to 6 October in South Africa:
Istvan Eross, Imke Rust, Anni Snyman, Strijdom van der Merwe, Kim Soonim, Mr. Ko, Mahmoud Maktabi, Marie Giyatri, Patrick Tagoe-Turkson
We traveled throughout the country, visiting different sites which included farms, nature reserves, cultural centers and small towns. Sites that I visited includes: Koringberg, Cederberg, the West Coast (Langebaan, Lambertsbaai), Gifberg, Houw Hoek (in the Overberg region), and of course Cape Town. Here is a small selection of my work:

On 5 October we had a days of knowledge sharing in the form of presentations and conversations in a conference venue, and on 6 October we exhibited the works created during Stories of Rain in several slideshows projected onto the walls of the AVA gallery in Cape Town.
