We Walk, We Talk - No.2

Over the past year, I have been working on a project titled “We Walk, We Talk”, a series of mindful walking events held in urban nature parks in Tehran.

This project is rooted in Zen philosophy and existential thought, emphasizing mindful breathing, presence in the moment, and a deep connection with the environment and participants.

During each event, participants recorded sounds from the surroundings, and in every edition, a generative music piece was created by a composer, providing a multisensory and creative experience for the participants.
